Foundation Phase
Weeks 1-4

Core Principles & Excel Mastery

We start with the fundamentals — time value of money, financial statement analysis, and building bulletproof Excel models. By week four, you'll be comfortable with the tools that form the backbone of all valuation work.

Application Phase
Weeks 5-10

Valuation Methods in Practice

This is where theory meets reality. You'll work through DCF models, comparable analysis, and precedent transactions using real company data. Each week focuses on a different method, with plenty of hands-on practice.

Specialization Phase
Weeks 11-14

Industry Focus & Advanced Techniques

Choose your specialization track — whether it's tech, healthcare, financial services, or industrial companies. You'll also dive into advanced topics like option pricing and sum-of-the-parts analysis.

Capstone Phase
Weeks 15-16

Final Project & Portfolio Development

Your final project involves a comprehensive valuation of a company you choose. You'll present your analysis to a panel of industry professionals and build a portfolio piece that showcases your new skills.
